I had a lovely chat with Christine Bove a style and feng shui expert. She's your style expert for spiritual transformations and together we’ll get rid of the clutter and confusion, and create a beautiful signature look.
We did a YouTube interview at the beginning of February about how skincare and preparation are essential for helping women confidently put their best selves forward. It's the overall package - clothes, accessories, glowing skin that boost confidence to conquer the world!
What does your ideal client persona look like?
Mine is loyal, follows their aftercare and homecare regime using the products I've recommended so it's a well rounded service and professional treatment package that they book in regularly for their skincare plan throughout the year.
What does that really mean... let me share a few examples...



Example client Persona...
Name: Sara Matthews
Age: 32
Occupation: Marketing Manager
Location: New York City
Marital Status: Married
Interests: Fitness, fashion, skincare, beauty trends, traveling, reading
Goals:
1. Enhance her natural beauty
2. Stay current with beauty trends and techniques
3. Maintain a healthy skincare routine
4. Find products that are ethically sourced and environmentally friendly
5. Look and feel confident for professional and social events
6. Discover new beauty brands and products to try
7. Stay informed about the latest beauty innovations
8. Incorporate self-care rituals into her daily routine
9. Cultivate a positive and empowering beauty community
10. Experiment with new hairstyles and makeup looks
Challenges:
1. Limited time due to work and personal commitments
2. Finding products that work well with her sensitive skin
3. Staying within a budget while trying new beauty products
4. Balancing beauty routines with a busy schedule

How you can help:
π« Provide personalized skincare and beauty recommendations based on her skin type and concerns.
π« Offer tips and tutorials for achieving specific beauty looks or trends. Does she want a minimal makeup look that lasts or how can she transform her makeup from day to night.
π« Curate a list of ethical beauty brands and products that align with her values. For example Dermalogica is vegan and containers made with recycled materials.
π« Share time-saving beauty hacks and routines for busy individuals. Like two-in-one products, exfoliants that can be used in the shower on a hair wash day... simplify her regime to suit her lifestyle.
π« Stay up to date with the latest beauty industry news and innovations and share relevant updates. Clients love statistics and to be in the know about upcoming ingredients, treatments and products.
π« Recommend ways to incorporate self-care and relaxation into her daily routine. Show her a gua sha massage she can give herself each evening as she puts her serum and moisturiser on.
π« Create a supportive and engaging beauty community through your social media channels. This is a great way to stay top of mind and have touch points between appointments.
π« Offer guidance on budget-friendly beauty options without compromising quality. Break down the per use cost for using the products you'd recommend. If there are products she'll use all year then show her how she can save with a supersized product.

Thorough consultation and questions can help you build your clients persona and enable you to offer each one a customised client care.
